Tokyo Budokan Tapes [Reel Master Rema-001/002, 2CD]
Live at the Budokan Hall, Tokyo Japan; May 14, 1973. Fairly good audience recording. A bit distant.
When Beck, Bogert & Appice played Japan in 1973, they released the Live In Japan album, which featured the May 18 and 19, 1973 shows at the Koseinenkin Hall in Osaka. The album was initially considered rare due to the fact of being only released in limited numbers in Japan. A 40th anniversary edition of the album was released in 2013. Live In Japan was the last released album by Beck, Bogert & Appice and their only live album. Within months of the album’s release the band would dissolve after Jeff Beck suddenly decided to leave the band.
