Live at the Alabamahalle, Munich, Germany. October 27, 1987. Very good FM broadcast.
It’s unfortunate that Washington’s live go-go funk scene - with its bubbly, syncopated percussion and whose acts include Chuck Brown, Black Heat and Trouble Funk - isn’t as well documented/recorded as other music genres so it’s always good to find the music being shared; and being doubly rewarding as this is an FM (soundboard) broadcast.

A really amazing show from the master of Go Go Music in A quality. This is an old and great one from Bavarian Radio Station Zündfunk - incomplete broadcast of an appr. three-hour show. As far as I remember the last two or three minutes of the broadcast are missing - so there’s a rough cut at the end. I discovered this show in my vaults and re-tracked the CD. Due to a tape flip Bustin’ Loose was torn in two parts - I merged them together but unfortunately, not without a hiss after 3:32. Most of the tracking is based on assumption.
